If someone has been really affected, they will certainly not keep quite, at least one of them would have gone online with their frustration and you can take advantage of such warnings; it can be in forums or blogs or other review sites. You need to take these feedbacks with a pinch of salt as they say, because sometimes such negative feedback can be posted by a competitor as well. Most often from the tone of the feedback you will be able to make out whether it is a genuine feedback or a fake one.

4. You should check whether the store ships the ordered products fast. This is an area where most people face problems and sometimes some of our orders are time sensitive and receiving the products after a certain day or date may render it useless. If you have ordered something for your wedding or for someone’s birthday, it can be really frustrating if the ordered product does not reach us in time.

5. This leads us to the next important aspect how good is the customer support. Even if there is a slight delay when you contact the online store how responsive are they? It can be all the more frustrating if your calls are not picked up or mails not responded.
